Davis Guggenheim, born on November 3rd 1963 in St. Louis, Missouri, is a renowned producer and director known for his work in films such as Training Day, Waiting for Superman and An Inconvenient Truth. He is married to the captivating Elisabeth Shue, born in Wilmington, Delaware. Elisabeth, an actress and writer, is of German and English descent, including Mayflower passengers.
