Descended from a long lineage of royal Hollywood royalty, Lady Jamie Lee Curtis was born on November 22, 1958 in Los Angeles, California and blessed with the genetic gifts of her legendary parents, Janet Leigh and Tony Curtis. Her illustrious career began with her iconic portrayal of Laurie Strode in Halloween (1978) and she went on to become renowned for her roles in Trading Places (1983), Perfect (1985) and A Fish Called Wanda (1988). Her status as a beloved classic was further solidified with her remarkable performance in True Lies (1994), for which she won a Golden Globe Award. Additionally, she starred in Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (1979), Death of a Centerfold: The Dorothy Stratten Story (1981) and Anything But Love (1989). Christopher Haden-Guest, the eldest son of Tony, is a U.S.-born actor, director, writer, musician, and composer. His brother Nicholas Guest is known for National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989) and Elizabeth Guest, the youngest of the family, is known for her work in Steve Allen's "A Christmas Carol" and for studying at the Lee Strasberg Theatrical Institute in Los Angeles. Anthony Haden-Guest is also known for his work in Don Peyote (2014) and Allegra Curtis, the youngest daughter of Tony, is known for Joe Versus the Volcano (1990) and L.A. Heat (1996). This illustrious family of entertainers has achieved success through hard work and determination.
