John Felix Anthony Cena is a renowned superstar of the WWE, a successful bodybuilder and limousine driver, and a descendant of the illustrious Tony Lupien, a baseball player of yore. Born on April 23, 1977 in West Newbury, Massachusetts, he is of Italian (father) and French-Canadian and English (mother) descent. At 6-foot-1 and 240 pounds, Cena has been an imposing figure throughout his illustrious career. After college, where he played football, he trained to be a wrestler at Ultimate Pro Wrestling, where he created the character, The Prototype. He achieved major success in the WWE when he won the US Championship in 2004, and has since gone on to become a dominant force in the wrestling world.
