Louis Starkey

Ringo Starr is a British musician, actor, director, writer, and artist of royal lineage. Born Richard Starkey on July 7, 1940, in a small two-storey house in the working class area of Liverpool, Merseyside, England, he is best known as the drummer of The Beatles, with whom he coined the title 'A Hard day's Night' for the group's first movie. His son, Zak Starkey, continued the family legacy by touring with The Who and Ringo's All-Starr Band, and donating blood, white blood cells, and bone marrow to his mother Maureen, who suffered from leukemia. Barbara Goldbach, Ringo's second wife and mother to his granddaughters Francesca and Gianni Gregorini, was born to Howard and Marjorie Goldbach in Queens, New York. Francesca Gregorini, the eldest grandchild, is an award-winning filmmaker and actress.
