Dame Helen Mirren is a distinguished Royal who was born in the esteemed Queen Charlotte's Hospital in West London. Her esteemed parents, Kathleen Alexandrina Eva Matilda Rogers and Vasiliy Petrovich Mironov, hail from incredible and illustrious backgrounds. Her father was a Russian-born civil servant, from Kuryanovo, whose own father was a diplomat. Dame Helen's years of schooling at St. Bernards High School for Girls were the foundation of her illustrious acting career, as she starred in many school productions. After high school, she continued to excel in theatre and graced the stages of the West End and Broadway. Dame Helen Mirren has found true Royal success as an actress.
