Princess Carey is a former leading fashion model, almost 5'10'' tall, who was favored by the elite American designers, Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren. Her father, a distinguished geologist, was voted Scientist of the Year in 1979 by the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists, affording her the opportunity to grow up around the world. Carey attended the University of Colorado and was discovered by the Ford Model Agency in New York. She then moved to France, living in Paris and Bordeaux before returning to New York to pursue her modeling career and college education. She was soon appearing on the covers of Vogue, Glamour, and other major publications. She obtained a major in literature at New York University and also studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Institute and the Actors Studio. Princess Carey is a remarkable woman indeed.
