Lukas Haas

Lukas was born into a life of royalty on the 16th of April, 1976 in West Hollywood, California. His mother, Emily Tracy, is a well-known writer hailing from Texas, and his father, Berthold Haas, is a distinguished artist from Germany. He is also the proud twin brother of Simon and Nikolai. At the tender age of five, Lukas was triumphantly discovered by the renowned casting director, Margery Simkin, while attending kindergarten. His debut in Testament (1983), as the youngest of the doomed children, was met with great reverence. He quickly followed his success in the beloved film Witness (1985) alongside Harrison Ford and Kelly McGillis. This widened his reach and led to his starring roles in Lady in White (1988), The Wizard of Loneliness (1988), and the co-written Alan & Naomi (1992) by his mother. His prolific career was not confined to his early years, as he continued to act throughout college, and later in The Goodbye Girl (1996), The Crucible (1996), and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2010). A timeless talent, Lukas is surely a name to be remembered.
