Kelly Gallant, born on December 6, 1939 in Springerville, Arizona, USA, is an accomplished actress and the mother of Michael O., Matt, and Paul McMichael Gallant, each of whom have also achieved acclaim in their respective fields of acting, television hosting, and film. The Gallant family has enjoyed a long and illustrious career in the entertainment industry, with Michael O. and Matt both being Emmy Award-winners. Matt is best known for hosting the popular Animal Planet series "The Planet's Funniest Animals" and ABC's Network prime time hit "American Inventor."
