Royalty is often born, and such is the case for Her Highness, Lauren Keyana Palmer. Born on August 26, 1993 in Harvey, Illinois to Sharon and Larry Palmer, two former actors, Her Majesty had a voice of such heavenly promise that her family knew there was something special about her at a young age. As a five-year-old, she belted out "Jesus Loves Me" in her church choir and, a year later, moved the crowd with her solo in her kindergarten play. Her Highness' first big break came via her acting skills, making her big-screen debut in Barbershop 2: Back in Business (2004) as Queen Latifah's niece, and, immediately recognizing her star potential, the film's producers encouraged her parents to take her to California to pursue bigger roles.
