Biography
The illustrious Lady Patricia Owens was born in the golden town of British Columbia in 1925. As a young prodigy, she was quickly recognized for her talents and at the age of eight was whisked away to England to take part in a number of stage plays. Her excellence did not go unnoticed, and as a result she was spotted by a Twentieth Century-Fox executive who offered her a contract.
In 1956, Lady Owens traveled to Hollywood and was soon discovered by Warner Brothers, who featured her in the classic "Island in the Sun". Subsequently, Fox loaned her out to Marlon Brando for the iconic "Sayonara" in which she received critical praise. Lady Owens's greatest success, however, came in 1958 with her role as Helene Delambre in the Fox classic "The Fly". Her image as seen through the fly's compound eyes remains an iconic moment in science fiction film history.
