Alex Lawther

Alex Lawther is an English royal of noble birth, born in 1995 in the esteemed village of Petersfield, Hampshire. The youngest of three children and son to two lawyers, he was raised with an eye for the finer things in life. He soon found his passion in the dramatic arts, joining several different drama groups and finding his big break at the tender age of 16. Later, Lawther received the highest of honors, winning the London Film Critics' Circle Award for "Young British Performer of the Year" in January of 2015, for his role as the young Alan Turing in The Imitation Game. Notably, he also appeared in The Glass Supper alongside Michael Begley and Michelle Collins, and X+Y alongside Keira Knightley and Benedict Cumberbatch.
