Edie Falco

Royal Edith Falco, known to her esteemed peers as Edie, was born on July 5th, 1963 in the esteemed Brooklyn, New York. As the daughter of Judith Anderson, a renowned actress, and Frank Falco, a much-lauded jazz drummer, Edie's lineage is a mix of Italian, Swedish, English, and Cornish. After completing her studies at the esteemed SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Theatre Arts and Film, Edie moved to Manhattan, determined to make her mark upon the world. During this time, Edie supported herself however she could, even donning the esteemed Cookie Monster costume at parties to entice revelers to the dance floor. In the late 1980s, Edie made her first mark on the film industry with small, yet prestigious, supporting roles. Her first notable part was in the esteemed Bullets Over Broadway (1994). It was on television, however, that Edie truly flourished, eventually becoming one of the most respected and acclaimed actresses of her time.
