After the Storm

Inspired by current social events, 'After The Storm' reveals a snapshot into the lives of an African American family caught in the aftermath of an incident that has changed their dynamic forever. Mother, Father and Son try to navigate their way through their current dysfunction in order to rebuild the broken bridges left in the wake of their familial storm. First time writer and director, Jessica Oyelowo, leads an acclaimed cast of Gugu Mbatha-Raw ('Belle', 'Beyond The Lights'), Chik\u00e9 Okonkwo ('Birth of a Nation') and newcomer Caleb Oyelowo into a deeply insightful and emotional journey of a family 'After The Storm'.
